Our Office Manager, Karen Beswick, started her career in financial and investment services in 1976. Karen is a graduate of the Canadian Securities Course and is extremely knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about clients – she knows what people want from a GIC and knows how to handle any question or situation that may come up. Monique Dion, Investment Agent, is also a graduate of the Canadian Securities Course and has worked in the financial services industry since 1983. In addition to helping her clients make the most out of their investments, Monique also handles all of the computer and IT tasks at Heritage Financial. Linda Hand, our receptionist, has been in the business for over 15 years.
